Mix sugar, soup soy sauce, soybean paste, minced garlic, and red pepper powder to make the sauce. 2. Coarsely chop the onion and finely chop the green onion. 3. Cut Cheongyang pepper in thick pieces and cut the meat into a fist size. 4. Put kimchi at the bottom of a pot, put pork meat on top, and then cover with kimchi again. 5. Put onion, Cheongyang pepper, and green onion on top. 6. Mix water and the sauce and pour it in. 7. Put over high heat, and once it boils, reduce the medium heat and boil down. 8.
