CFNR 2401 Davis Local Switching | *New 8" LEDs* CR 18C Railroad Crossing, Woodland CA

June 17, 2026 This video was taken at two separate times. First, I had came here right after filming the Woodland Job at East St and setup here afterwards to get this crossing on Co Rd 18C after its new 8 inch LED upgrade to Electro-Tech LEDs from incandescent lights and got an crossing activation and cancel time out as the train first came only to set out the hopper cement cars and went onto the spur that crossing Churchill Downs to switching some cars and I followed them there hopping to catch Santa Anita which had both a LED upgrade and bell change but they didn't go back there this day unfortunately so I still need to get that crossing. I then left back towards here and the train came back but did some switching in the tracks at Inland Terminal before they finally shoved past this crossing but it was first a pushback across the crossing and disconnected to do more switching. before reconnecting to the train and shove fully past the grade crossing headed to work the cement manufacturing plant north of here. Although I didn't get Santa Anita, I did get this crossing which is as hard to catch for me so I'm glad I still got one or the other. Hopefully, I can get Santa Anita next time.
