Hello everyone, today I'm sharing a delicious and practical recipe for Malatya's regional sour spinach meatballs in broth, packed with vitamins and perfect for warming you up in this cold weather. Here are the ingredients: For the dough: Three cups of cracked wheat One teaspoon of salt 1.5 cups of lukewarm water Half a kilogram of spinach One cup of cooked black lentils One dried onion One tablespoon of butter Half a teacup of vegetable oil One tablespoon of tomato paste One teaspoon of red pepper paste Two tablespoons of sour plum sauce One teaspoon of salt One teaspoon of red pepper flakes One teaspoon of black pepper Preparation: Add salt to the cracked wheat, soak it in lukewarm water, and let it rest for about 20 minutes. Then, knead it and prepare small meatballs the size of chickpeas. Drop the meatballs into boiling water. After about 15 minutes of cooking, add the spinach and lentils. Add the prepared sour sauce. Add the spices, boil for another 15 minutes, let it rest for about 10 minutes, and then serve.
