This short and sweet routine is a great one to tag onto another class or form of movement or as a stand only quickie class to fire up from the inside! I know you guys love these short and sweet core and abdominal style routines so enjoy today and that fire from your centre, but remember that having a strong core isn't about having a flat tummy, it's about helping you stand up taller, catch yourself quicker when falling off a bike (personal experience), help you run faster even if just for a train.
