Biking Pennsylvania: Schuylkill River Trail - Valley Forge

This adventure started about 20 miles outside Philadelphia at the Betzwood trail head – part of the 3,500 acre Valley Forge National Historical Park. We rode west toward Parker Ford. Then we rode our bikes through Valley Forge National Historical Park -- the site of General George Washington's 6 month encampment with the Continental Army in the winter of 1777-1778 -- to view the historic structures.
