Hand Thickness & Grip Tier List

👇More Details 👇 I finally made my first long-format video! This video goes over hand thickness and grip strength, featuring my personal recommendations for a tier list of the best and worst options. The two main criteria points for me are hand thickness and grip strength. These both branch out as follows: 1. Hand thickness (a) Muscle thickness (b) Connective tissue thickness (c) Bone density 2. Grip strength (a) Functional benefit (b) Strength benefit (c) Athletic or combative sport benefit Activities will lose or gain points depending on how convenient and consistent each exercise is to perform. If an activity or exercise is part of my personal routine, or if it does something better than any other activity can, it will receive extra points. Keep in mind that this is my personal tier list. Not everyone is going to agree, but I believe I provide valid explanations for why things lose or gain points. This is, of course, very biased toward what I personally do. If you're interested in some of the devices, they are available at GoldenGrip.com. If you want to save 10% off, you can use my promo code, Roman. They do have high-quality equipment. If you can't afford those, then I would recommend finding something cheaper on Amazon.
