Recorded on 10 March 2025. [VIDEO #4967] This is Block 48 Strathmore Ave, one of the 5 residential blocks within HDB Forfar Heights originally completed in 2005/2006. There are 40 storeys in this block with 4 Mitsubishi lifts. HDB Forfar Heights cluster was once stood as HDB Block 39 Forfar House in 1956. That former block was being called for SERS and was replaced by Blocks 181 - 184 Stirling (these blocks by Mitsubishi lifts) in the late-1990s. Then-Forfar House was being redeveloped into HDB Forfar Heights, which is being a SERS Replacement site for then-Blocks 172-175 Stirling Road (now Stirling Residences condo) & then-Blocks 6 & 6A Margaret Drive.
