HDB Block 416 Clementi || EM Elevator (Lifts A & B)

Recorded on 15 July 2025. [VIDEO #5605] This is Block 416 Clementi Ave 1, one of the 10 residential HDB Blocks within HDB SERS Replacement site - Casa Clementi (Blocks 416-425 Clementi cluster). There are 4 EM Lifts overall, total of 40 storeys in this block. In this video, i'm showcasing Lifts A & B - serving upper zone between Levels 1-3 & 23-40. However, lift landings on the lower zone are meant for emergency purposes only. Block 416 Clementi, as well as 9 other residential HDB Blocks are being installed by EM (Shenyang Brilliant) under 19th term contract for its lift installations.
