Coil Pack Replacement Mercedes V8 M113 M113k - The Missing Piece after Spark Plugs - Fix Rough Idle

In this video, I replace all 8 ignition coil packs on my 2010 Mercedes G55 AMG to finally fix a lingering rough idle issue. In a previous video, I replaced all 16 spark plugs and 16 spark plug wires, which definitely helped—but I was still getting a slight hiccup at idle. That led me to the next step, replacing the coil packs. I walk through the process of removing the old coils and installing brand new ones. The job is actually pretty straightforward and can be done with basic hand tools. Once everything was installed, the results were immediately noticeable, the idle is now completely smooth, throttle response is sharper, and the overall driving experience feels much better. This same process applies to many Mercedes V6 and V8 engines, especially models like the E55, S55, CLS55, SL55, ML55, as well as E550, S550, ML550, and others with similar engine setups.
