Casal morto em feminicídio é sepultado em Minas Gerais

The bodies of Camile Duarte, 30, and her ex-husband, Ruan Henrique, 31, were buried this Wednesday in Barão de Monte Alto (MG). The crime, which occurred premeditatedly in Parque Califórnia, Campos, consisted of the murder of Camile. According to investigations by the Civil Police, the 15-year relationship was marked by jealousy and aggression, including a recent threat with a firearm; however, the victim had never filed a police report. In light of the case and the ISP data — which indicate 9 femicides in Campos between April 2025 and April 2026, in addition to 104 deaths in the state in 2025 — authorities and social movements are reinforcing the maximum alert for women to report aggression at the first signs of violence.
