In this video, I'm testing four of the most interesting new openings in Hamburg – from a French-Danish bistro and top-notch French toast to the city's new best sandwiches. ⸻ 📍 The four new openings featured in this video: 1. Pinot Bistro (Rathausmarkt) A new bistro concept from the Pinot Group with French-Danish influences – coffee in the morning, wine bar in the evening. They focus on pastries and light meals. I had a pain au brownie and a lemon tart. Price: €5.50 / €6.50 ⸻ 2. Gotcha Matcha (City Center) A new flagship store focusing on matcha, complemented by a savory menu of sandwiches on toasted sourdough bread. I had the Spicy Tuna Sandwich. Price: €11.90 ⸻ 3. A Never Ever Ending Love Story (Sternschanze) Brunch concept from Berlin, now also in Hamburg. Focus on French toast, creamy scrambled eggs, and various breakfast dishes. I had two French toast variations: Banana Pudding & Lotus Biscoff and Mascarpone & Lemon Curd. Price: €16.90 each ⸻ 4. FSKR – Foxes Are Not Pack Animals (Sternschanze) New spot in Hamburg for the currently much-talked-about pastrami sandwich, complemented by other sandwiches and snacks. I had the pastrami sandwich.
