Am I the only one who wants to eat a lot of cream when I use my brain? lol Anyway, the mousse and crepes were delicious🤤 I can't decide which one is the best🫧 In my videos, I hope to show you the scene of an amateur making something through trial and error, rather than the correct way to make it! I hope this video will convey the fun of making sweets to many people! 🎀 See you again!! ↓The main baking tools used in the video↓ ◎Cake turntable https://amzn.to/43fIcXp ◎Glassine cup https://amzn.to/4k7UecJ ◎Roll cake mold 27×27cm https://amzn.to/3Sj46nH ◎Cake tray https://amzn.to/43qzXc4 ◎Cake pick (my favorite) https://amzn.to/3F44zXA ◎Silicone mold for mousse https://amzn.to/3Z6Q2kD 🌸Strawberry mille crepe🌸 〇Dough 250g milk 40g melted butter 4 whole eggs 75g granulated sugar 120g plain flour 10g strawberry powder 〇Fresh cream 300ml fresh cream Granulated sugar 35g -Recipe- ① Put the eggs and granulated sugar in a bowl and mix with a whisk ② Sift in the flour and mix further ③ Add milk → melted butter and mix well ④ Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (I chilled it for about 2 hours in the video!) ⑤ Pour the batter into a frying pan heated to 170 degrees, spread it out, reduce the temperature to 140 degrees, when bubbles appear on the surface, flip it over and bake for about 10 seconds, then transfer it again. ⑥ Chill the baked batter in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes ⑦ Place fresh cream between the batter and layer it to make mille crepes. (I made it into a roll shape in the video) ⑧ Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours and it's done! 🌸Matcha sponge recipe🌸 -Ingredients- ☆1 egg white + 2 whole eggs ☆60g granulated sugar ★10g milk ★10g butter 55g cake flour 10g matcha powder --How to make-- ①Prepare the mold. ②Put ★ in the same dish and heat in the microwave until the butter melts. ③Preheat the oven to 170℃ ④Mix ☆ with a whisk. Beat until the color is like in the video (I think I do it for about 8 minutes) ⑤Sift in the cake flour and matcha powder. (It's said that it's best to do it in two batches, but I do it in one lol) ⑥Mix with a spatula as if cutting ⑦Add a small amount of the batter to the warmed milk butter and mix, then add to ⑤ and mix. ⑧Heat in a 170℃ oven for 23 minutes. 9. Remove the baking sheet immediately after baking, and let it cool in the refrigerator after it has cooled down. *Detailed instructions are explained in the second half of this video!    • 【Cooking Vlog】誕生日スイーツを作る🧑‍🍳新卒エンジニアの製菓記録|マカ...   ◎Matcha cream 150ml fresh cream 5g matcha powder 20g granulated sugar ① Heat 15ml of fresh cream until just before boiling, add matcha powder and mix until smooth, then let cool. ② Add granulated sugar to the remaining fresh cream and whip with a hand mixer until it is 60% stiff ③ Add ① and mix until it is 80% stiff and it's done! ◎Basic cream for frosting (total amount for No. 5) 300ml fresh cream 30g granulated sugar Add granulated sugar to the fresh cream and whip with a hand mixer until it is 80% stiff *If the temperature is high, whip while placing the bowl in ice water 🌸Matcha glace🌸 -Ingredients- 15g matcha powder 80g fresh cream 50g milk 3g gelatin 20g granulated sugar -How to make- ①Add fresh cream, milk, and granulated sugar to a pot and heat until just before boiling ②Sprinkle in the matcha powder and mix further ③Add gelatin softened in a small amount of water and mix well ④Turn off the heat, strain thoroughly, and cool until it becomes slightly sticky (In the video, the mixture is kept in the refrigerator frequently. (I checked while cooling) 🌸Mont Blanc🌸 ◎Mont Blanc cream Chestnut paste 240g Fresh cream 70g ①Mix chestnut paste with a hand mixer until smooth ②Add fresh cream in several batches and mix well each time ※② is easier to do with a hand mixer, but it will become very hard, so if you don't want to work out, mix with a spatula lol ◎Fresh cream Fresh cream 100ml Granulated sugar 10g ◎Sponge base ①Make with the same recipe as the shortcake sponge, but change to a roll cake mold (bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees in a preheated oven) ②Cut out with a 6cm ring 🌸Vanilla mousse🌸(6 servings) ◎Raspberry jelly Raspberry puree 60g Granulated sugar 10g Gelatin 2g ① Heat raspberry puree and granulated sugar until just before boiling ② Dissolve gelatin in a small amount of water and add to ① and mix ③ Pour into a silicone mold and chill in the freezer for at least 4 hours ◎ Sponge base ① Make the sponge using the same recipe as the shortcake sponge, but change it to a roll cake mold (bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes) ② Cut out using a 6cm ring mold ◎ Mousse 2 egg yolks 40g granulated sugar 80g milk 5g vanilla beans 6g gelatin 150g fresh cream ① Whip the fresh cream until it is 80% stiff and chill in the refrig...
