Hello everyone, I'm Michel, a running enthusiast and an experienced running and triathlon training professional. For over 40 years, I've dedicated my life to supporting runners and triathletes of all levels, from beginners to elite athletes, to help them achieve their goals. At 61, I continue to share my passion and expertise as a specialized sports coach and founder of the RUN ACADEMY (2014). My training is both comprehensive and advanced: • Diploma of the FFA (French Athletics Federation). • State-certified in bodybuilding, with a specialization in strength training adapted to endurance sports. • Certified "VDOT O2 Running Coach" by the legendary Dr. Jack Daniels (USA). • Bachelor's degree in STAPS (Sports and Physical Fitness) and training as a neuropsychologist coach, to better understand and optimize the mental and physical performance of my athletes. But beyond my diplomas, it's on the field that I've built myself. I've run, swum, and cycled to achieve results that make me proud: • Podiums in my age category at the Marseille, Paris, and Milan marathons. • 2nd place at the Barcelona Ironman in 2010. • 2022 Berlin Marathon: 2 hours 45 minutes at age 58. • And in 2024, a huge source of pride: winner of the Berlin Marathon in the M60 category with a time of 2 hours 48 minutes 00 seconds! These performances are proof that age is not a limitation, but an opportunity to push back your own barriers. My motto? Sporting excellence is within everyone's reach, provided you put your heart, discipline, and method into it.
