I left the Desert | Solo Annapurna Circuit Day 15

Trekking solo and unguided Annapurna Circuit Trail - today I am trekking from Marpha to Naurikot on an alternative route. The hike took me through changing landscapes, from the dry Mustang desert region into lush alpine forest, with rivers, bridges, cozy villages, and panoramic mountain views. In the middle of the trek I stopped in a small village and was welcomed by a local family for soup and tea. After the delicious lunch I continued through strong winds, dust, steep climbs, and some landslide areas before reaching Naurikot. The views from the teahouse I stayed at were incredible, with high peaks, stunning sunsets, colorful clouds, and a peaceful atmosphere that made the long day worth it.
