Grind until smooth. Place in a large bowl. Flaxseed 100 gr. Chia seeds 100 gr. Stir well. Leave on for 15 minutes. Pumpkin seeds, 3 tablespoons. Fry over medium heat. Sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons. Sunflower seeds, 3 tablespoons. Fry for 1 minute. Black sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon. Fry until golden brown. Add the roasted seeds. Mix everything thoroughly. Turmeric 1/2 teaspoon. Salt. Red bell pepper. Olive oil. We distribute the resulting mixture. Cover with a second sheet of parchment. Distribute evenly using a glass. Divide into portions. Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180°C (350°F). 1 avocado. Peel the avocado and slice it. Chop with a fork. Juice of 1/2 a lemon. Stir well. Greek yogurt / sour cream 1 tablespoon. 2 garlic cloves. Italian herbs. Parsley. Stir well. Avocado and seed crackers are ready! Bon appetit! 02. 10:43 A quick and healthy breakfast! 1 egg. Add water and cook until ready. 1 avocado. Crush with a fork. Juice of half a lemon. 1/2 tomato. Salt. Black pepper. Parsley. Mix well. The egg is ready! Cheese. 2 cloves of garlic. Spice mix. Dried garlic. Mix well. Add the egg yolk. 1 tablespoon of ricotta. Mix everything thoroughly. 1 cup of flaxseed. Grind the flax. 1 glass of water. Cook over low heat. The mixture becomes thicker. Let the mixture cool. Cling film. Form into balls. Cover with baking paper. Press down with the bottom of the glass. Carefully remove the parchment. Cut out clean circles using a cup. Remove the excess. Place in a dry frying pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes on each side. That's all! It is very aromatic and incredibly tasty! Delicious and healthy!
