During the interview, he recounted an anonymous anecdote: how he approached the son of a high-ranking official in a repressive country to blackmail his father. ⚠️ The problem? At no point did the officer mention Algeria, Chengriha, Saïd, or Chafik. It was a completely anonymous story. Yet, a few months later, it was picked up and forcibly attributed to the family of the Algerian Chief of Staff. 🚫 WHY IS IT FAKE NEWS? (The 4 Evidences): 1️⃣ A completely impossible timeline: Former agent Jack Beaumont left the DGSE in 2014. However, Chafik Chengriha only arrived in France in 2020 (after his father's appointment).
