Inspired by Lagree principles, this session combines strength, stability, and structure for an elevated Pilates experience. I intentionally left no music in the background so you can use your own playlist while working out. I suggest something calming for a low-cortisol workout. Whether you’re using an Allegro, Balanced Body, Stott, AeroPilates, or another Reformer, this workout is adaptable to any machine—even without two platforms. Adjust your springload to match your machine and challenge level before starting. Pair this session with one of my upper body or leg workouts for a balanced, full-body routine.
