Primavera P6 & Power BI

Link Primavera P6 Data with Power-BI using Microsoft Excel: Power-BI is the great tool to analyse Data. P6 create DB, that can be linked with Power BI, but it required special IT skills and assistance from IT administrator. However same can be accomplished using 1) Copy from P6 and past in excel 2) Using Report tool to create CSV files to link with Power BI The file to be connected to Power-BI so that the future changes can be copied from P6- excel and it will directly updated using Power BI using by clicking "REFRESH" button. Excel uses DATA option to transformed the data and be ready to import in Power BI, the Time distributed data to be transformed using "UN-PIVOT DATA" command, further data can be linked with the using same field in different queries and additional measure for running total need to be computed either with Power Quarry environment or in Power BI.
