Have fun imitating. 🥔 Ingredients for potato cream: 4 medium potatoes 1 garlic 250 ml cream 250ml milk 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vegetable broth Nutmeg, pepper 🥩 Ingredients for chopping mixture: 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion 1 garlic 400g minced meat 2 tbsp tomato paste 50ml water 1 tsp salt Pepper 250g grated cheese for sprinkling ---preparation:--- Cut potatoes into slices, cook in a saucepan with cream, milk, salt, vegetable broth, nutmeg and pepper for 10 minutes. For the minced mixture, fry a sliced onion and minced meat, add garlic and tomato paste. Add salt, pepper and water and simmer for 5 minutes. Fill the potatoes into a greased baking dish, sprinkle about 50g of cheese on top. Then spread the minced mixture on top, as well as the remaining cheese. Bake at 180 degrees top and bottom heat for 20 minutes. Good success and good appetite!
