Traditional Yogurt Making from Fresh Milk | Village Life
Welcome to our village home! 🏔️ In this video, my mother shows the traditional process of making yogurt in our village. We start by boiling fresh milk over a wood fire. After the milk reached the right temperature, she added a little local buttermilk as a starter and covered it to set. While the yogurt was resting to be prepared, my mother washed our yard with water, bringing a fresh and clean feeling to our mountain home. In this channel, we share our simple daily life and how we prepare healthy, organic food in the mountains of Iran. Everything is made following old traditions.
