Ride on Autocar Préférence A 80032 (2016 MCI J4500 - Mar. 12, 2016)

Here is (license plate) A 80032, a brand new Motor Coach Industries J4500, manufactured in Feb. 2016. As this coach was only recently acquired by the company, it had no fleet number at the time. Préférence is ordering eight of these new MCI J4500s. The first one in this order (A 80033) was numbered 6801 (which I took on a subsequent trip), and this coach is expected to follow the 68xx number sequence when the time comes for this bus to be assigned a number. Préférence is a coach charter company based in Terrebonne, Quebec, just outside of Montreal, and in this video it is chartered on a trip for the McGill SSMU Ski & Snowboard Club, SSMUSki. On this trip we went skiing in Jay Peak, Vermont and in the clip shows the drive between Jay Peak Resort and the North Troy border station. For security reasons, the border station was not filmed. The second part at 19:24 shows the drive onto the freeway, Autoroute 10 (Autoroute des Cantons-de-l'Est) and Highway 245 near Eastman, QC to give a look of how the bus performs on the highway. McGill's SSMU Ski & Snowboard Club is one of McGill University's largest and most popular clubs. It offers a ski trip weekly on Saturdays to resorts like Mont-Tremblant, Bromont, Orford, Mont-Ste-Anne, Jay Peak, Stowe, etc. as well as an overnight trip to Jay Peak. Because of this SSMUSki has become my absolute favorite thing at McGill.
