LOTUS KREMALI CHEESECAKE YAPIMI GARANTİLİ TAM TUTAN CHEESECAKE NASIL YAPILIR

This time, I've made a lotus cheesecake for you. It's a delicious cheesecake with a soft, creamy texture that's just the right consistency. LOTUS CHEESECAKE 👉🏻 FOR THE BASE: 135g lotus biscuits 100g butter 100g hazelnuts FOR THE CREAM: 800g cream cheese 200ml cream 4 eggs 3 tbsp starch 8 tbsp granulated sugar FOR THE SAUCE: 4 tbsp lotus INSTRUCTIONS: Blend the biscuits and hazelnuts in a food processor until they become flour. 💪🏻 Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit and hazelnut flour in a springform pan. 💪🏻 Spread this mixture over the bottom of the pan with the back of a spoon and refrigerate for half an hour. 💪🏻 For the cream, first mix the cream cheese and sugar using a whisk. 💪🏻 Then add the starch and cream and mix. 💪🏻 Then add the eggs. Add the cream cheese mixture one at a time and whisk. Cover the springform pan with aluminum foil and pour the cream cheese mixture over it. 💪🏻 💪🏻 Place a pan of water in a preheated oven and place the pan on a wire rack. 💪🏻 Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C (350°F) for 1.30 hours. 💪🏻 Once the top is lightly browned, turn off the oven but leave the door halfway open and leave the springform pan in the pan. 💪🏻 After an hour and a half, remove it and let it cool to room temperature. 💪🏻 Melt the lotus cream over a double boiler and pour it over the cheesecake. Refrigerate overnight.
