Yoga Pose Breakdown | Reverse Prayer Hands/Paschima Baddha Hastasana

Here is my response to your feedback/request! This is the inaugural video to begin a series of 'Yoga Pose Breakdown' classes to help you deepen your yoga asana work. This practice will guide you through some movements and poses that will warm up your arms, shoulders, and wrists so you can work on acheiving a final pose: Reverse Prayer Hands or Paschima Baddha Hastasana. Whether you are trying this pose for the first time or have been working on it for a while, this is a great class to return to again and again as you continue your journey. Recommended for your practice today: Yoga mat 1 x block 1 x meditation pillow or thick, firm pillow or stacked pillows or bolster or rolled blanket(s) *The props for today are options to use for being in a seated position for most of the class. Please leave a like and comment with an answer to my question(s) mentioned in the video. Remember to subscribe to keep up to date with new classes, courses, and more!
