Meal 1: Chicken and Roasted Potatoes Chicken Thighs or Breast (whichever one you prefer) Seasons used- Salt, Pepper, Epis, Jerk marinate. Set chicken aside to marinate. Sear chicken, add 1 tbs of tomato paste and Sriracha Add chopped up bell pepper and Onion Add 1/4 cup of water and let simmer. Part 2- Coat all baby potatoes with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and oregano Put it in 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Meal 2: Ground Turkey Mushroom Pasta Veggie Pasta Saute mushroom, onion, bell pepper Add Ground Turkey (I used 93% 7%fat) Add pasta sauce once turkey is fully cooked Add seasoning of choice (I used Garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, chicken bouillon, salt and pepper) Add Pasta once everything is incorporated.
