FIRST RUNNING CLUB and 5km Time Trial This time, aiming for a sub-3.5 hour marathon, I ran my second 5km time trial with the help of the members of FIRST RUNNING CLUB. Mr. Ichiban Kase, the representative of FIRST RUNNING CLUB, kindly agreed, and I achieved a personal best!
