Noix pour la décoration. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ingredients 180 ml of vegetable oil. 2 eggs. 100 g of sugar. 40 g of brown sugar. 175 g of white flour. 3 shredded carrots. Sachet of vanilla sugar (7g). 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp baking soda. Zest of one lemon. 40 g of raisins. For the cream: 200 ml liquid cream. 100 g fresh cheese.
