Along the way, we see Barbary macaque monkeys, pass through Ifrane, and journey south toward Midelt, Morocco, the country’s apple capital. The highlight of the drive is a short canyon walk through Berrem Gorge, a hidden gem in the Middle Atlas that most travellers never see.
