In this fifth and final episode, one of the longest international truck journeys I have shared on the channel so far comes to an end. After travelling almost 2,000 kilometres by truck from Spain to Croatia, it is time to head home and close a chapter that I will not easily forget. What began several days ago with a new load and thousands of kilometres ahead finally comes to an end after completing the delivery, beginning the return journey and eventually arriving back at the base behind the wheel of the Volvo FH500 I-Save with a refrigerated semi-trailer. In this final part, I continue travelling along the roads of Europe as I leave Croatia behind and begin the journey back towards Spain, once again crossing different countries, motorways and service areas that form part of the daily work of any international truck driver. After many kilometres behind the wheel, it is time to cross the border once again, return to Spain and bring an end to a route filled with experiences, unexpected situations and new lessons. But there is something different about this episode. It is not only the end of the journey. It is also time to say goodbye to the truck that has accompanied me throughout this chapter. Over the last few months, this Volvo FH500 I-Save has been much more than just a working tool. It has been my office, my home for many days at a time and the place from which I have recorded hundreds of hours of video while travelling across Europe. With this truck, we have crossed France, Italy, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Austria, Croatia and many other places that have appeared on the channel. We have spent nights at service areas, completed seemingly endless working days, driven through heavy rain, crossed mountain passes, boarded ferries, passed through tunnels, searched for spaces in completely full truck parks and experienced unforgettable moments that are now part of this series. That is why this episode has a special meaning. It is not simply the end of an international route. It is the end of a chapter. As always, everything in this video was recorded during a completely real working day. There are no staged scenes or situations arranged for the camera. Everything happens while I carry out my daily work as a professional international truck driver.
