This presentation was given at the Dairy Cattle Symposium in October 2019 by Rachel Gervais, a professor in the Department of Animal Science at Université Laval. Professor Gervais discusses the various fatty acids found in dairy cow rations and their diverse impacts on feed intake, ration digestibility, and milk production and composition.
