Bamyan, Rural village life in Afghanistan. After going shopping for some chicken, we went to the woods where a special traditional fire was already in progress! ive never seen this way of cooking before in my life. truly n amazing night with amazing local people. While the food was being cooked we went to the village, which was sooooo not what i was expecting. it was basically a cave village like compound, where multiple families all live at the poorest level ive seen i think. They have nothing , they cant buy food..it was very sad to see how many people live like this and have lived like this for many years! next day, Jay and i went to the market and bought them a load of food.( next vlog) Truly a very humbling experience. the women in the house above were so excited to see a visitor they asked me up for tea also.
