Standing on a 6m x 20m plot, this house has been successfully transformed into a 250 m² three-story residence with a Modern Art Deco concept. Despite its width of only 6 meters, the interior of this house feels very bright and airy thanks to the giant void in the center area. The main attraction is the swimming pool on the second floor, which will surely make the owner feel right at home. Another unique feature is the facade and balcony area, which incorporate the iconic curved lines of Art Deco, complete with a shady planting area that creates a very serene atmosphere.
