Although it sits on approximately 700 m² of land, the house only has a building area of ​​300 m²; the rest is a spacious and refreshing green space. The concept is unique, consisting of two building masses—front and back—separated by an inner courtyard featuring a swimming pool and tropical vegetation along the edges.
