Educational Fitness class for Skyline College. Students follow along at home to earn college credit. Prof. Amber Steele teaches fitness and dance classes in Contemporary Modern, Yoga, Pilates, Core Fitness, Jazz Dance, Choreography, Dance Production, Dance History and Cultures and more at Skyline College in California. She also choreographs in contemporary and jazz styles, storytelling with works both dark and exhuberant works for stage and film. Prof. Steele is currently expanding the Skyline College Dance Program's curriculum and her own pedagogy to try to broaden the traditional dance academic focus to be more inclusive by looking at our own biases in teaching and terminology about dance.
