Pine Knob Trails at Split Rock Wilds | Mountain Biking Minnesota's North Shore

Split Rock Wilds is a mountain bike trail system on Minnesota's North Shore, between Beaver Bay and Split Rock Lighthouse State Park. Near the Ship Wreck Trailhead on the southwest edge of the trail system you can find Pine Knob, a sessionable cluster of short but technical downhill trails. Trails include Edenborn, Madeira, Madeira Drop, Hesper and Charley. All trails run into Tinkham, which will bring you back up to the top. This is a well thought out, mini trail system, attached to the greater Split Rock Wilds trails. Also featured is a small trail called Berg, which cuts off the Cedar Strip trail between Pine Knob and the trailhead. Today's video captures my first time riding the Pine Knob trails.
