Stealth Camping in an Open Fire - No Trees, No Problem?

Stealth camping in a wide-open Wisconsin field with zero trees — so I use the overgrown weeds as natural cover instead. I dig a Dakota Fire Hole to keep the flame low and the smoke down, then cook a stuffed chicken breast and potatoes foil-packet style right over the coals. A couple beers, a cigar to close it out, and a full break-down in the morning so there's no trace I was ever there.
