A 4th of July to Remember | 1998 Long Range Patrol Ration 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 Happy Independence Day!!! This isn't my typical MRE review. To celebrate the 250th anniversary of American independence, I wanted to do something a little different. Mrs. Jerms and I packed up our kayaks, grabbed a 1998 Long Range Patrol (LRP) ration, a US M.O.R.E ration, launched onto beautiful Lake Huron, and spent the day enjoying a beautiful Lake Huron nature preserve and everything that makes this country so incredible. We had an incredible day on the beach. The weather was fantastic! And the best part - not a soul was around at this nature preserve. We had the whole place to ourselves! We couldn't have asked for a better day. This video isn't about history lessons or comparing ration components. It's about slowing down, appreciating the outdoors, and celebrating our freedom to enjoy days like this. And most importantly, celebrating those who serve and have served our country that have made and kept our freedoms possible. I hope this video reminds you to get outside, spend time with the people you care about, and never take our freedom in the United States for granted. Happy 4th of July, and thank you for watching.
