See the numbers on the screen, and let's move on to the next topic: charging speed. Apple has updated support for new, even faster chargers. Moving on to the build, we see that the standard iPhone 17 still has an aluminum body on the sides and now has Ceramic Shield 2 protection on the screen, making it more durable. The iPhone Air, on the other hand, has a titanium body on the sides, but with a much shinier finish than the brushed finish seen on the iPhone 15 Pro and 16 Pro. However, when announcing the iPhone 17 Pro, the company didn't even mention titanium, saying it "started from scratch" with an aluminum block. But why?
