ЁЯН▓ FULL LONG RECIPE Ingredients 2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup grated jaggery 1┬╜ cups warm milk ┬╜ cup water (if required) 2 tablespoons semolina (optional for texture) 2 tablespoons fresh grated coconut ┬╜ teaspoon cardamom powder 1 tablespoon fennel seeds 2 tablespoons chopped almonds 2 tablespoons chopped cashews 1 tablespoon raisins A pinch of salt 2 tablespoons melted ghee Ghee for cooking ЁЯСитАНЁЯН│ Method Step 1 Heat the milk slightly until warm. Step 2 Add grated jaggery and stir until completely dissolved. Step 3 Strain the mixture if needed to remove impurities. Step 4 Take wheat flour in a large mixing bowl.
