CILENTO CANNOLI

Cannolo Cilentano is a dessert that was always present on the table during the Christmas holidays and the New Year. It is formed by a crunchy external part, called the rind filled with custard of two colors: the natural one of the cream and brown due to the presence of dark chocolate or cocoa powder. In the video I made a custard, as is my habit with whole eggs, to avoid waste.
