Gobuk: Harmony in Highlands

Green Hub Fellow: Stanzin Tudup and Pauzatuala Suante (Batch 2023 - 2024) Organisation: Titli Trust & Epum Sirium Welfare Society | Green Hub (NEN - DFF Initiative) This film showcases Gobuk Village in Arunachal Pradesh, a responsible tourism destination renowned for its butterfly trails. Produced as part of a project by the Titli Trust, it highlights the region’s rich landscapes and biodiversity while offering a glimpse into the lives and livelihoods of the local community. The film also documents the Green School initiative under the Green Hub × Royal Enfield Responsible Tourism Project. Through the experiences of participating children, it beautifully captures how learning about local wildlife and biodiversity can inspire a deeper sense of appreciation, curiosity, and stewardship for nature. The transformation in their perspectives is thoughtfully portrayed through the lens of the camera. Green Hub Project is a video fellowship that empowers and engages youth especially from indigenous and marginalized communities and disadvantaged backgrounds in conservation action and social change. Green Hub is supported by Royal Enfield Social Mission, Rohini Nilekani Philanthropy, Paul Hamlyn Foundation and ONGC.
