Making Custom Handlebars - RE Chopper - Part 10
In this episode, I fabricate a set of custom motorcycle handlebars from 304 stainless steel tubing—start to finish—in just three minutes. The bends are done on a CT Newman tubing bender, followed by cleanup and fitment work on a mill/drill, then finished on a tubing polisher and buffing wheel to bring the stainless to life. No CNC. No shortcuts. Just controlled bends, alignment, and surface finish. This is a fast, practical look at how custom handlebars actually get made when you care about strength, symmetry, and finish—but don’t want to overcomplicate the process.
