Also known as a terrible year and Bosnia's return 23. Norway- Just a dull ballad despite having a great singing voice. The song was plagiarized "All by Myself" 22. Lithuania- They had no style 21. Latvia- I can't stand their singing voices 20. Russia- It creeps me out 19. Israel- Just bad but still better than PingPong 18. Portugal- Not good 17. Ireland- So traditional 16. Iceland- Not bad as Norway 15. Bosnia & Herzegovina- Not good 14. United Kingdom- Not good 13. Turkey- Okay 12. Poland- I like 11. Netherlands- I like and underrated 10. Croatia- I like 9. Malta- I like 8. Germany- I like 7. Sweden- Plagiarized of Belgium 1996 but I like 6. Spain- I like 5. Denmark- Awesome!!! 4. Estonia- Good but I had other favorites 3. France- Great!!!
