How to: Ford 9 inch axle Install, 31 spline Strange axles, 3.89 gears
In this video I show how to install axles and new carrier/ center section in a Ford nine inch axle housing. I install a new center section with 3.89 gears along with 31 spline axles in a stock housing in my 69 Mustang. New axles are from Strange Engineering. The center section was assembled by me in a previous video, and has 3.89 gears and a Detroit locker differential. I also install new axle seals.
