OARC has developed a new Resident Engagement Toolkit to support and inspire collaboration between residents and LTC home leadership across all areas of their home. The toolkit is designed to meet home teams wherever they are in their quality improvement and culture change journey. Residents have told us they want to be part of planning, problem-solving, and decision-making in their homes. Finally, this toolkit offers a practical roadmap to support that collaboration, creating space for residents and home leadership to work together successfully.
