El problema de Resident Evil 2 Remake que todos perdonamos

Resident Evil 2 Remake is one of the best games in the series, but it removed one of the ideas that made the original unique: that Leon and Claire's campaigns were two parts of the same experience. In the 1998 Resident Evil 2, the zapping system allowed our decisions in Route A to affect Route B. The characters shared resources, enemies, environments, and a common timeline. In the remake, the first and second playthroughs retain some differences, but the world is reset, and both campaigns end up contradicting each other. In this video, I compare the routes of the original and the remake, explain why Capcom decided to remove this system, and analyze what was lost by turning the second playthrough into a remix of the first. Do you prefer the more independent campaigns of the remake or the interconnected system of the original? Let me know in the comments.
