Welcome to Alfred Station, New York — home of the legendary Bicycle Man, one of the most iconic and unusual recumbent shops in North America. After leaving Hamilton Trike and crossing back into the U.S., I headed deep into upstate NY to visit Peter Stull, the founder of Bicycle Man LLC. His combination workshop, showroom, and recumbent bike museum is unlike anything else on the continent. In this episode, I tour Peter’s incredible shop and explore his museum of rare and historic recumbents. Then we head out with an enthusiastic group of riders for a sweeping countryside ride through rolling farmland and beautiful New York scenery.
