Cook the pineapple with sugar until the syrup is almost completely dry and the pieces are a deep yellow color. For a foam-free base, mix the ingredients with a whisk instead of using a blender. If you want an even more intense flavor, you can add flavoring powder, but the pure fruit already delivers an incredible result!
