He made his television debut in 2006 in the series "Minus 18," where he played Commissioner Murat Akinci alongside Tugba Karaca. Soon after, BurAk ventured into the horror genre, starring as Suat in "Infected." He landed his first leading role in 2007 in the project "Forced Husband," playing the wealthy Ömer Özpolat. This was followed by roles in the series "Family House" (2008) and "Betrayal" (2010), where Burak honed his acting skills. His true breakthrough as a young actor came in 2010 in the series "Little Secrets," where he played Çetin Ateşoğlu. He achieved worldwide fame in 2011 with the series "Magnificent Century." He played the brave military commander Malkoçoğlu Balı Bey. Due to his immense popularity with viewers, his recurring role was extended for several seasons. In 2013, Burak met his future wife, actress Fahriye Evcen, on the set of the TV series "The Kinglet - Songbird." Their on-screen romance quickly blossomed into a real-life marriage, and today they are raising two sons, Karan and Kerem. In 2015, Burak produced and starred alongside Fahriye in the romantic film "Love is Like You." In 2024, he took part in Russian projects, including the series "I've Been with You for a Long Time." Burak is also a successful businessman, owning the Bali Bey restaurant chain.
