7 days alone on the Foothills trail

On this adventure I go on a 7 day solo backpacking trip upon the Foothills trail. I started in Oconee state park and ended the trip at Tablerock state park. Over the 76 bicket list miles of trail, i traverse a few mountain tops includimg sassafras and pinnacle mountain the deep gorges that exposed magnificent waterfalls and the trail struggles of dealing with blowdowns from a recent ice storm that ravaged the area. this was a bucket list backpacking trip for me for a long time. at the end of the videob i ran out of battery in my phone as well as my body. I did not film the last 4 miles of table rock state park which was truly magnificent.
