Thank you for watching and cooking with me!! — Detailed Korean Army Stew Recipe (Budae Jjigae): Serves 2–3 Ingredients: 6 dumplings (mandu) 150g tofu, sliced 120g spam, sliced 2 sausages, sliced 2 tbsp baked beans 1 bundle enoki mushrooms 1 handful Korean rice cakes (tteok) 1 pack instant ramen noodles ½ stalk green onion, chopped ¼ onion, sliced ½ cup kimchi 1 red chili pepper, sliced Broth and sauce: 2 cups beef bone broth (gomtang) 2 tbsp Korean chili flakes (gochugaru) 2 tbsp Korean chili paste (gochujang) 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp minced garlic ½ tbsp sugar 1 cup water Instructions: Prepare all ingredients by slicing the spam, sausage, tofu, onion, green onion, and chili pepper. Arrange the spam, sausage, tofu, dumplings, rice cakes, kimchi, baked beans, enoki mushrooms, and vegetables into a pot. In a separate bowl, mix together the beef bone broth, gochugaru, gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, sugar, and water. Pour the broth mixture into the pot over the ingredients. Bring the pot to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, add the ramen noodles. Let everything simmer for 5–8 minutes until fully cooked. Serve hot and enjoy with rice.
